What does Olympism mean to you?
As an athlete, I was very focused on becoming an Olympian. It felt like the ultimate achievement, the icing on the cake after training very hard, with lots of willpower, determination and making sacrifices. Now as a coach it means much more. Respect and friendship between athletes, coaches and staff. Working towards a common goal with a team!
